Leadership Resources

Effectively leading change in organizations requires not only an awareness of how the change process affects people-but also building skills in managers and leaders on how to guide people through the challenging journey of change.  These documents will provide you with some skills, strategies and knowledge to enable you to make change an attractive proposition, fast forward your change initiatives and get them moving in a new and positive direction. Based on best practice principles, these handouts will provide you with materials to help with the discussions around change and provide some self-assessment tools to help your managers build advanced skills in change leadership.

Based on the Oregon State Hospital's Leadership Development: Leading Change series the Participant Manual and A Guide for Leading Change are the essential starting blocks for any change program. Additional materials to help you manage change are also provided.
