Limitations on Child Support Pass Through and Disregard
  • Up to $50 per child or minor parent per financial group per month not to exceed $200 per month.
  • The pass through and disregard do not include cash medical support.
  • Caretaker relatives may only receive if they are the "pay-to" person on the child support case.
