Welcome to AMD Help
The pages in this online help are designed to answer basic questions you may have regarding the proper way to fill out the AMD form so that the Help Desk can most efficiently act upon your request and ensure that the correct action is taken. Our goal is to make it possible for every user of the DHS network to work effectively every day. By filling out this form online, we are attempting to reduce the turnaround time in fulfilling your requests to add users, move users, or change user information.
Select the linked buttons to the left to bring up the page addressing the different actions you can request using this form. The top four links provide help in determining the correct action to request. Selecting the right action is crucial to your users retaining all of the files and GroupWise correspondence that they need. Please make sure you have enough information from and about the user for whom you are making the request and that you understand what it is the user needs. In that way the action taken will be as smooth as possible.
The next four links provide step-by-step instructions in filling out each of the action sections. Required fields in each section are identified and the expected data are explained. These instructions should enable you to fill out the form accurately, completely, and in the manner best suited for quick action by the Help Desk and the IntranetWare and GroupWise teams.
