  • About Business Transition

  • The business transition team, led by managers Darlene Kelly and Jennifer de Jong, is a DHS/OHA shared service.
  • Business transition is the work of assisting staff and partners through change when adapting to new ways of delivering and receiving service in alignment with business objectives. The Business Transition Team is the field’s advocate within modernization projects!  The team’s purpose is to stimulate thinking about the future of technology and how we can change the way we do business; to help workers to embrace change and acceptance of the new technology.
    The business transition team is currently supporting implementation of the Oracle/Siebel platform that will modernize the integration of work and services between caseworkers and clients.
