  • About Our Groups

  • Change Leaders: a monthly touchbase with APD/SSP field office representatives across the state. Our Change Leaders are advocates for change in the field and receive leadership training and hands-on support to assist them in their transformative goals.
  • Business Transition Partners: a bi-monthly informational meeting aimed at central services representatives, including executive sponsors. BT Partners facilitates awareness of impacts of change across departments.
  • Communication Sessions: Business Transition representatives go out in the field to provide a two-hour informative meeting at district offices. Meetings are joint SSP/APD and cover upcoming changes, soliciting feedback from the workers who spend the most time with clients.
