Voice Mail Greeting - DHS Building

Instructions for changing greetings for voice mail at DHS Building and PBX Enviroments

External Greeting

• Log into voice mail (use your mailbox and password or auto login).
• Press 82 for greeting.
• Press 1 for external greeting.
• Press 5 and say your message press # when done.
• Press 2 to listen to your greeting, 76 to delete it.
• Press 83 to exit.

Internal Greeting:

• If you want to record an internal greeting press 82.
• Press 2 for internal greeting.
• Press 5 and say your message press # when done.
• Press 2 to listen to your greeting, 76 to delete it.
• Press 83 to exit.

Ensure your phone administrator has your dial '0' to set to a staff person who can take your calls or messages in your absence.

Contact your phone administrator if you are unable to get into your mailbox or need your password reset.
