Many documents, forms, and notices for client use have been translated into Spanish, Russian, and Vietnamese.
Some Spanish forms are available on the FBOS (mainframe) system. Other forms and documents may be available on client information systems, E.g. ORCA has some Spanish translated documents and forms.
Forms and documents not on FBOS or other client systems can be ordered directly from the ODM.

Order forms not on the ODM forms website by Faxing requests to ODM at 503-373-7690. Include in the request:
Requestor is responsible for determining necessary fonts, graphics and for providing an electronic document. |

ODM |
Log requests for new or revised translations from DHS and Partners. If available, fills order. If not available, submit request to contract translator and obtain authorization for translation. Proof Spanish language documents for content and format. Other languages are proofed for format only by ODM. Contractor is responsible for proofing all documents for content before submitting work to ODM. Post approved documents on the ODM Website. Notify requestor of completion and fill order. File form or document in ODM inventory system. |
