Purpose:

Discipline and discharge for classified, unrepresented staff.

Policy:

DHS has adopted the following Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Human Resource Services Division (HRSD) statewide policies for discipline and discharge of classified, unrepresented staff, and for grievance review:

• HRSD 70.005.01 Classified Unrepresented Discipline
• HRSD 70.005.05 Classified Unrepresented Grievance Review
