Make request for non-standard IT product to OIS Technology & Strategy (T & S) via e-mail (Request, Exceptions). |

Determine if an existing standard does meet the stated requirements:

Provide detailed information on business need, functionality required, and timeframe needed via e-mail. Use Hardware/Software Purchase Business Requirements (Non-Standard IT Purchase Request) form. |

Make determination if request is to be a one-time exception:
