The following steps are to set the password protect and automatic screensaver features for Windows NT, 2000, and XP operating systems. Users with operating systems other than those listed, should contact the Help Desk at 503-945-5623, or their local technician, for assistance.

To set the password protect and automatic screensaver features:
The password protected screensaver is now set to automatically come on when the computer is idle for the time selected. When locked, the screen will display the selected screensaver. To resume use of the computer (unlock the screen), users will need to enter their Novell login password in the window displayed. |
