SUITABILITY FOR HISTORY OF ARRESTS
413-120-0455 Consideration of Arrests
Suitability must be assessed in consultation with:
- Supervisor
- Caseworker
- Management staff as designated by SDA Manager
When an applicant has been arrested but not convicted for crimes involving:
- Child abuse or neglect
- Physical abuse, violence
- Drugs or alcohol
- Crimes against children
- Weapons
Assessment of suitability must be documented and filed in the relative caregiver, foster home or adoptive home record.
