Health Services Integration (link) - Resources and information about DHS efforts to integrate physical health care, oral health care, mental health and addiction services for OHP clients.
Fully Capitated Health Plans (FCHPs) reimburse non-contracting DRG hospitals for inpatient and outpatient services based on 78 percent (effective October 1, 2009) of the Medicare rate. This policy is stated in OAR 410-120-1295, found in the General Rules Rulebook at www.dhs.state.or.us/policy/healthplan/guides/genrules/main.html.
