How to read proposed rule revisions
Portions underlined means new language is
being added.
Portions with [strikethrough] means language is being deleted.
The following may be typed at the top right corner of the first page:
New Rule or Adopt indicates the rule consists of all
new language to be adopted.
Rule
Rewritten indicates
that a major portion of the rule has been altered so that showing changes is
too cumbersome and
difficult to read. You will see some old language and some new.
Rule Deleted indicates the entire rule (rule number and text) is being
deleted.
Rule
Recodified indicates
that the alpha/numeric outline format required by the Secretary of State's
Office has been
changed.
Rule Renumbered indicates
that the agency/division/rule number (i.e., 410-120-1220) has been changed.
