Latest Rule Activities

The following three rule activities are temporary, with track changes indicating the amendments. Notices of public hearings related to these changes will be added to this website in the near future.

1. OAR 415-020: "Opiate Treatment Programs"

   These rules are being updated to implement recent federal laws regarding the use of buprenorphine. Temporary rules were filed Jan. 11, 2013.
   

2. 415-012 "Licensing of A&D Programs"
   
   These rules are being updated to clarify text regarding measurements between methadone clinics and schools and licensed day cares. Temporary rules were filed Jan. 14, 2013.
   

3. 309-016 "Medicaid"
   
   These rules add a section related to supported employment and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT). Temporary rules were filed Jan. 7, 2013.
