Welcome to the Administrative Rules Manual
The rules are in numerical order by division then
rule. All rules are contained in chapter 461. The "division," which is the second
group of 3 digits, is a grouping of rules related to the same subject. The "rule"
is actually the last 4 digits of the number. Many rules in this manual only
have 3 digits in the rule segment. They will be updated to add the "0" prior
to the last 3 digits over a period of time.
