Place the following in an area secured by some form of locking device such as a safe. A dual control storage device is recommended.
- Revolving Fund Checks
- Electronic Benefit Transfer Card
Secure the following according to field office procedures:
- VISA card
- Car keys/gas credit card
- Office keys/pass cards
- Postage machine key
- Employee social/coffee fund
The local office manager/supervisor must assign the revolving fund and receipting responsibilities to appropriate staff and ensure written procedures are followed.
