VIII.B Computer Screens Frequently Used by Receptionist

WEBM,FIND
Used to locate information about a client on the Client Information System (CIS). See Section II-B of the Computer Guide for CIS/FIND details.

  1. Type WEBM,FIND followed by one of the following:
    1. The client’s Social Security # (WEBM,FIND,123456789);
    2. Last name,first name (WEBM,FIND,DOE,JANE); or
    3. Prime # (WEBM,FIND, AB12345A)
    4. Press [Ctrl] Either the FIND Person List or the Client Information (FIND) screen will appear.
  2. The FIND Person List displays the names of the potential matching person records alphabetically by the person’s last name.
    1. At this screen, place the cursor over the period (.) to the left of the SSN (Social Security Number) for the client you want to select.
    2. Type any character and press to see the “Client Information (FIND)” screen for the person selected.
  3. From the “Client Information (FIND) screen, other systems/screens can be accessed. For a full list see Section II-B.7 of the Computer Guide. For example, medical eligibility (the ELGR screen) can be accessed as follows:
    1. At “Prime” place the cursor over the period (.) to the left of the prime number (see the following FIND screen attachment).
    2. Type any character and press [Shift] [F1] (i.e., F13). The ELGR screen will appear.
  4. Client Maintenance, FSMIS, and Electronic Benefits Transfer (examples of computer systems where a case record is or was available) also can be accessed:
    1. At “Type” column, place the cursor over the period (.) to the left of the system you want to select (e.g., CM, FS, EBT) (see the following FIND screen).
    2. Type any character and press (i.e., F13). The screen for the system you selected will appear (e.g., UCMS, FSUP, EBT Case Detail).

WISH
Displays basic information about cash benefits issued to a CM Case. It has check information (issue date, check number, etc.) and benefit information.

  1. Type WISH, followed by the CM Case # (e.g., WISH,ABC123). Press [Ctrl] . The CM Case Issuance History screen will appear.
  2. From the CM Case Issuance History screen, RCIQ can be accessed. This screen gives detailed information about a check.
    1. Place the cursor over the period (.) to the left of the check.
    2. Type any character and press [Shift] [F1] (i.e., F13). The RCIQ screen will appear.
