The Eligibility Tools page has changed. As you are aware the Eligibility Tools page includes program manuals for GA, OSIP, FS, etc. It also contains "additional" manuals such as the Generic Program Elements and the Worker Guides. In order to more easily view all of the manuals, the Program Manuals are now arranged along the left hand side and the Additional Manuals are on the right hand side (rather than one above the other). Also, they are now in alphabetical order.
