OHP-OPU: May waive 6 month waiting period if client had private health insurance subsidized through the Office of Private Health Partnerships.

The Department must send an individual an application for medical assistance when they are placed on the OHP Standard Reservation List.

 

In the OHP program, if a financial group contains a business principal, the gross income for the budget month cannot be over $20,000.
