OSIPM

 

Added information that 538A should be completed and sent to the Social Security Administration, when assets are identified or reported that would result in ineligibility for OSIPM.

Change in calculation for disqualifying transfers for existing clients.

Change in definition of lodger.

Added information to contested case hearing rule. Adds service component, effective date, medical management decisions, provider information and EAU hardship waivers.

Financial group: Added income eligibility information for married individual who is not assumed eligible.

Added clarification that except for clients who are assumed eligible, an interview must be completed at initial application and at redetermination.

Updated EAU definitions of: Child with a disability,child with a visual impairment, domestic partner, medical assistance, Medicare cost sharing, probate estate.

Limits on Estate claims. OAR completely updated.

Rule change to help prevent potential double-counting of overpaid benefits.

Income and payment standard:updated NF pif to $60 and added information regarding payment standard for clients with countable income under $60.

Income deductions and liability, LTC;OSIPM. Changed pif to $60.


Maintenance needs allowance increase.



Clarification that filing group consists of applicant and certain household members.

Income deductions;Non SSI OSIP and OSIPM (except EPD). Rules updated to include calculation when a client in a standard living situation has an ineligible spouse and no children. And when there are children in the household.

Pension and retirement plans owned by non-applying spouse are excluded as income to client.
