The section about assumed eligible individuals was updated to clarify information about how disqualifying transfers and resource assessments affect eligibility for long-term-care, when a referral to SSA is warranted, as well as to clarify that newborns born to assumed-eligible OSIPM recipients are assumed eligible for MAGI rather than OSIPM.   The pursuit of assets section was updated to reflect a change in rule that requires benefit group members to convert retirement and pension plans to income if eligible to do so OSIPM D.4 461-120-0330
  The application section was updated to clarify that a CMS case should be created or reopened when denying medical benefits for a new or returning applicant (except for MAGI cases in CMS closing prior to referrals to APD/AAA) OSIPM B.1

The MAGI New Procedure Document was updated to reflect changes required with the implementation of the ONE system. This document will continue to be updated. Check back frequently.
