Counting Client Assets The sponsor-to-noncitizen deeming section was corrected to reflect the current policy CCA B.17  
  The shelter-in-kind income section was updated to reflect the policy change which took effect 4/1/17 excluding unearned shelter-in-kind from OSIPM and MSPs CCA B.68 461-145-0470
  The Pension and Retirement Plan section was updated to clarify that the exclusion that applies to non-applying spouses is for the equity value and earned dividends and interest - regular payments from a pension and retirement plan are counted as income. CCA B.53
