F. Other APD Medical and MAGI Interactions
1. Procedure - Existing MSP Client Becomes Pregnant or Becomes Parent/Caretaker Relative
- Follow the instructions in section B.3 for facilitating application for MAGI benefits.
- Send an email to insert email address here requesting information on the MAGI decision so that the CM case can be closed (ONE will determine eligibility for MSPs).
2. Procedure - OSIPM Mother Gives Birth
- Email 5503 at OHA.Newborns@state.or.us
- Explain the situation and include the following:
- Mother's legal name
- Mother's recipient ID
- Mother's CCO
- Newborn's legal first name
- Newborn's legal middle name
- Newborn's legal last name
- Newborn's DOB
- Gender
- Father's legal first name
- Father's legal last name
- Address
- 5503 will set up the case for the newborn
3. Procedure - MAGI Client Reports a Change to APD/AAA
If a MAGI client reports a change to APD/AAA, email Oregon.Benefits@dhsoha.state.or.us
