Initial Win/Project: this CAPI replacement will be the first major Oracle Siebel-based solution on most workers’ desktops. This first release includes SNAP and medical questions, the worker application, and the client-facing online application.

MDM: Master Data Management will interface with the Client Index (CI or WEBM, FIND) system so that each client has one “golden record”.

OPA Rules: OPA Rules utilizes the power of the Oracle Policy Automation engine to enable automatic eligibility determination for common client situations and also drives how the online application questions are asked.

HIX-IT: the information technology backbone of the future Oregon Health Insurance Exchange. When completed, the Exchange will provide a health insurance marketplace available to Oregon consumers in any of a variety of formats.

SDM: the DHS Service Delivery Model project is a business re-engineering project that will review current service practice. It will develop process changes aimed at improving access, security, and equality of outcomes for clients requiring DHS services.

CAPI: the current public and case worker application used to apply for SNAP benefits and request medical benefits. This project has transitioned to DHS maintenance and control and will be replaced by the Initial Win/Project.
