If the MAGI case was not closed after an APD review and it has been more than 90 days since it was originally completed (including when there was no response or the 539A was not returned), APD must attempt another review before the MAGI can end. The exception to the 90-day expiration date is when APD medical benefits are approved.
Clarification was added regarding the need to email 5503 after the APD review has been completed or a task has been marked invalid, regardless of the results. |
