Please note that the decision to eliminate the resource requirement for individuals in 24-hr MH residential care referenced in APD-PT-18-024 has been reversed. A note was also added stating MH clients have protection from January until the new FPL standards are implemented. |

The Services and Case Coding for Adults with Developmental Disabilities section was updated to reflect that the DDS waiver was discontinued effective 10/1/18 (see ee APD-IM-18-073 for more information). It was also updated with language clarifying that individuals under 65 may receive APD services while they are waiting for DD service evaluation and approval, and that individuals receiving in-home DD services have no liability. |
